What is the diffrence between fleece and minky?
Fleece is a fuzzy fabric while minky is more furry like faux fur. Fleece can develop 'pills' (The little balls on fabric) and minky doesn't. Both are still great for cuddling!
How long do color-swap plushies take to get made?
They can take anywhere between 1 day to a week, it depends on the specific plush.
How long do custom plushies take to make?
Completely depends on the character, it can go from between a week to 6 months if not longer.
When are plushies shipped?
As soon as I can! I try to ship the day after they're made.
Do you share work in progress?
I do for custom plushies as well as ask tons of questions. You know your character more than I do and I want to make sure I get it correct! For color-swap plushies I only share progress if requested. If possible, I'll send pictures of the plush before it's shipped.
Do you only use PayPal?
Nope! It is prefered but I can also set up the listing on Etsy if requested :)
What is your refund policy?
For color-swap and pre-made plushies refunds can be given before the plush is shipped but not after. Custom plushies can be refunded as long as I didn't start the plush (such as buying the fabric, cutting it out, sewing, etc.)
Do you have pets?
Yes! I currently have cats, dogs, reptiles, a rat and a guinea pig. I do wash all plushies prior to shipping, pack them outside, and store packing supplies in my car. I cannot guarentee that all dander/fur will be removed.

How do quotes work?
Quotes for custom plushies are provided on request wether my commissions are opened or not. If my prices fluctuate, your quote will still be valid for up to a year.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes! I am pretty okay with whatever payment schedule you have, however the plush will not be started until half is paid.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to all of these.
-I have the right to refuse anyone.
-I cannot offer refunds if the fabric has already been purchased or if the premade is already shipped.
-I will repair any plush I've made within a year of being completed, however shipping must be paid by the owner of the plush.
-I will not send any fabric remnats unless the fabric was provided by the client.
- I will not start the plush until at least half has been paid.
-If something was approved of and sewn down, I will NOT change it.
